After completing our interview process, we send you a detailed Candidate Review. After you’ve had the opportunity to read through the Candidate Review, we hold a conference call with you to discuss each person’s profile and review any concerns and questions you have about the candidates. Once you have selected your preferred candidates, you will have the opportunity to interview the candidates you think will be the best fit and select your interim leader. It is important to complete this process on your timeline as hiring an interim role can be just as important, if not more so, than a permanent hire.

We will assist you through the offer and onboarding process of your selected candidate. From here, we will conduct monthly check-ins to ensure you are happy with your selected candidate and that there alignment in the candidate’s tenure with your organization.
